We wanted to turn the humble New Zealand kiwifruit into a delicious plant based, dairy free, gluten free dessert.
Kiwi Sorbet is a healthy ice cream alternative made with Bay of Plenty grown kiwifruit.
Kiwi Sorbet is made with just three ingredients: kiwifruit, sugar and water – that’s it. While many desserts claim to be made with ‘real fruit’, their actual fruit content is relatively low. Kiwi Sorbet is made with 65% real fruit. One serving contains the equivalent of one whole kiwifruit, and as it is not heated during production, Kiwi Sorbet retains all the digestive benefits and Vitamin C of whole kiwifruit.
Arguably the ‘taste of New Zealand’, kiwifruit can now be enjoyed all year round.
